How important is it to you that land currently zoned as Preservation (P-2) in this area remain undeveloped?

One concern raised by residents is the potential opening or extension of existing cul-de-sac roads as part of the development. How do you feel about this issue?

Would you be more open to the project if substantial changes were made, such as keeping the land along the roadway to Koko Head Stables zoned as Preservation (P-2) and undeveloped?
